1. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices in the online store are stated in NOK.
International: With us you can pay with Paypal. Fast, safe and easy.

You can find the conditions for payment delay of invoice in checkout.
We are not responsible for expenses that may occur depending on the regulations in your country.
The package is estimated to be with you within 5-7 days of ordering, unless anything else is stated.
(On Pre-order products the estimated time of delivery is 5-7 days after the product is in stock.)
You also have the option of choosing a different shipping address than your private address.
Always check the goods when you receive them. If the goods are damaged during transport, this must be reported to us the same day the goods are received.
You always have 14 days full return policy when shopping with us. You’re allowed to change your mind.
The cancellation period runs from the day you receive the item. Always keep the original packaging until you have decided to keep the product.
If you want to undo your purchase you are responsible for the shipping cost. Fill in the attached; right of withdrawal form» and send the package to:

The buyer can examine the product before he or she repents the purchase. But we recommend you not to take the product out of the protection paper/ plastic cover, until you're sure you'd like to keep it. All of our products are highly sensitive and should be treated accordingly. The product must be returned to the seller in approximately the same condition and quantity as it was in when the buyer received it. The buyer should return the item to the seller in the original packaging if possible.
When you want to return the order, always contact us by mail before sending the product.
Are your goods broken? Please take a picture and send us an email and we will help you.
This means that you can either get the item exchanged, money back or discounted price, depending on the specific situation.
The complaint must be filed within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect of the item.
We will refund reasonable shipping costs that you may have with the return of the goods, when the complaint is justified.
When you want to submit a complaint, always contact us by mail before sending the product.
In the case of damage to transport, the deadline in section 2 applies. (You have to submit a complaint the same day as delivered)
